Services are provided primarily to clients in Nakhon Ratchasima province and surrounding areas. We also work with foreign nationals and clients with cross-border family circumstances.
Information on this website is for general guidance only. It does not constitute legal advice for your specific situation and should not be relied upon as such without a formal consultation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this content without our prior written consent. You are permitted to view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference only.
6. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are set out in the written fee agreement before work begins. Our current service fees are:

Payment is accepted by bank transfer to our designated account. Receipts are issued for all payments. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Consultation: The Family Reflection Session is a single private meeting. The written summary is provided within two business days. The fee does not include any subsequent legal work.
Mediation: The mediation service covers the sessions and document preparation as described. The scope is agreed before commencement. Any additional sessions beyond the scope require a separate agreement.
Full Case Representation: Scope is defined in the engagement letter. If the matter develops beyond the agreed scope, we will notify you and agree any additional fee in writing before proceeding.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Phimai Legal's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website (as distinct from a formal legal engagement) is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on information contained within it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the provision of services shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the courts of Nakhon Ratchasima province, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with any signed engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phimai Legal.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address.
